"Rabbit's clever," said Pooh thoughtfully. [More:]
"Yes," said Piglet, "Rabbit's clever."
"And he has brain."
"Yes," said Piglet, "Rabbit has Brain."
There was a long silence.
"I suppose," said Pooh, "that that's why he never understands anything."
I identify with Rabbit of all the Pooh denizens. What about you guys? Who's your Pooh?

Who is my Pooh? By this do you mean, who is my cuddly and faithful friend? Or do you mean, which Pooh character am I? Because I've got to go with Tigger, who is wacky and odd. Only I'd cross Tigger with Rabbit, who is crotchety and smart. Oh, and I'd throw in a bit of Piglet, who is confused and sweet. Ah, but I mustn't leave out Eeyore, who is downtrodden in exactly the right way.

My Pooh, however, is most definitely The Boyfriend. Even if he's mostly Eeyore mixed with Rabbit.

I'm totally Kanga and Roo combined. With some Piglet.

What Pooh character are you. But I like your sweet answer very much, brina.

I'm probably kind of Rabbit-y. With a dash of Pooh and a soupçon of Eeyore.

I'd like to think I'm kind of Piglet-ian, or perhaps Eeyore-ese, but I'm afraid that other people might think of me as more Owl-ish.

Eeyore. And rabbit. But mostly eeyore.

I want to say Tigger and Eeyore, but that kind of implies I'm bipolar, and I'm truly not. I don't think...

This being the internets, there is a test. Apparently, I am Pooh Bear, which seems about right to me.

Oh boy, a test! "You are Owl. Wise and witty, people are naturally drawn to you for advice or a friendly ear."

This is totally true.

I'm Piglet.

Considering that was my favorite character when I was a wee sprout, that's fitting.

The test says I'm Pooh, but I'd say I'm more like Tigger (for better or for worse).

Oh, that's a relief--I've been waiting for a test.

You are Rabbit. With all due respect, you are somewhat of a scatterbrain.

Sometimes your creative solutions land you in sticky situations but you remain adventurous and undaunted by failure. You posess an infectious confidence and deep thinking comes naturally to you.Always on the go with many paws in many pies, Rabbits can appear slightly manic to others. But not to worry, you have everything under control... most of the time.

Rabbit? That's not what I was expecting. Always on the go? Manic? I'm lazier than a rug on Valium. The rest of it seems fairly accurate, though. It's especially easy to say that without having read the other descriptions.

That quiz thing says Piglet, which is probably partly true. But there's a big mix of Eeyore in there too.

Pooh.

The quiz says I'm Pooh, but I don't tend to consider myself very optimistic.

Funny thing about Rabbit is I used to HATE him as a kid. Now, I feel bad for him. They're always messing with him. Leave the poor thing alone. I've reversed myself on a lot of characters as I get older. I used to think that Buzz Lightyear was the bad guy, but it's really Woody who acts like a dick throughout that movie. And Squidward, poor Squidward. Yeah, he's cranky, but the dude just wants to play his dang clarinet and paint self-portraits. Why hassle him?

"As one of life's pessemists you always see the gloomy side of situations. But, your enduring and patient nature does mean your decisions are always thoroughly considered before they are made, but once they are, you still lack confidence in them.
Life is tough, luckily, so are you."

I'm sorry, but "pessimist" is misspelled. Also, I don't make my decisions carefully, and I'm anything but patient. This quiz is wrong. Sigh. Most things usually are.

Kanga. Sounds like me.
posted by Stewriffic 06 March | 15:31
The quiz pegs me as a Winnie-the-Pooh, but that's only because the questions didn't reveal my squeaky inner Piglet, who panics whenever things go slightly off-kilter. I try to keep the inner Piglet inner, because that's not productive behaviour for me.

I have a lot of fussy old Rabbit and stodgy Owl, too. I'd say my best qualities are Pooh-like, and my worst qualities are like Rabbit, Piglet, and Eeyore.

The quiz says I'm Piglet, but really I'm more like Eeyore.

Mr. init and I had Eeyore and Piglet figures from the Disney Store as our wedding cake toppers, and the top layer of our cake featured all of the Pooh characters (yes, Gopher too!) marching around the side.
