I think it means the recipe is from Country Woman Magazine. If you do a search there you get this, which is the exact same recipe.

Either that or you're supposed to sing and dance as you serve the pizza.

Ahhhh... I didn't know there was a 'Country Woman' magazine. The photo in your second link makes the recipe look good. I'm debating on whether or not to try it or something like it this weekend.

I'm going to make this, youngergirl - take a photo of yours if you do, and so will I. Before reading I thought it had a pizza crust but now that I see the "crust" is actually macaroni, it might be fun to make. It'll also give me an excuse to go buy a pizza pan!
