Wanda's great and all, but always seems to be a common sense issue. People who refuse to think can't be made to think about it. People who hear what they wanna hear don't listen.
If there was an overall extended marriage/baby waiting period, for a year or two, maybe... it could weed out a lot off oopsies...

I'd actually never heard of her until today, believe it or not. Now I love her. Her delivery is the best.

You know, I've always liked Wanda (partly because she sends my Gaydar® into total overdrive), but now she's shilling for Applebee's. For fucking Applebee's. The whitest dining establishiment ever.

This kinda makes up for it, but not entirely.

She's on that Adventures of Old Christine show i can never catch, and she's good on it, and it's a pretty great show from what little i've seen, but i just can never catch it. Also, she was in Pootie Tang. i think i tend to like her in things because i like how he does them more than some of the stand up i've seen, some of it is old and obvious. i don't know if she's been doing new stuff.

I spent most of last night wading through a brief prepared by a conservative legal think tank which outlined in excruciating and extraordinarily homophobic detail why NYS shouldn't permit gay couples who got married in another state to get a divorce here. In light of that experience particularly, I appreciated this clip very much. Even though she's stating the obvious, it's nice to hear common sense just spoken out loud at times like this. Whoa... not in the southeast, I'll tell ya.

It seems like I used to hear, occasionally, how Applebee's was, as casual-dining chain restaurants go, one of the better ones. But now, if I hear people say that at all, they're usually saying it about Chili's. Maybe that's just me.
