Kitties come in twos. Period.

The thread's convinced him - we're getting two! YAY!

We went to the shelter meaning to get two kittens but ended up coming home with a kitten and her mom. Mom was less than a year old herself it wasn't that different from getting two kittens and we didn't want to break up a set. They're pretty much alternately together tearing around the house at high speed and sleeping.

Here they are crashed out together.

YEAY! I wish I had a scan of my furballs when they were babies. SO KYOOT.

This is my Henry1 (teeny video) giving me some extra love after feeing better. (He's the one I sat on!)

Only one cat just doesn't seem right. Although Mrs Slack occasionally wants to get another, but I tell that 1 more cat would bring us only one cat away from becoming crazy cat people.

As an aside, I wasn't so concerned about pulling the pineapple away from all of the others at the market.

I have four cats in a two-bedroom small house. It's doable.
And you don't become a crazy cat person until after 4. Trust me.

Yay for two kitties!

The mister and I had two cats in an RV (less than 400 sq. ft.) for four years. They were fine with it. Just remember - no matter how small your home is, it's bigger than a cage and better than euthanasia due to over-population.
