I was discussing this with the girl who lives across the hall from me. She claimed that she wouldn't be happy if someone proposed to her using ICHC, but mostly because of the massive, public proposal part (it's kind of like proposing on the jumbotron), not because she objects inherently to the notion of someone using lolcats in a proposal.
