Dear metachat. I love you still. I'm past the anxiety - will the cool kids like me? I'm past the insane crushes. It's a no make-up, pajama kinda love. Please rekindle my initial thrill and valentine me to death.
This is so trippy! How do some people know it was me? I felt all anon.! Trip #2, I think I know who sent one, then I get another that I am also sure is from the same person, but it probably isn't! That keeps happening! Final trip is that I realize how many new friends I've made and how much closer I've gotten to some I already had. My heart it grows already.
I am one of those weird, weird people who HATES surprises, so I was so thrilled this morning when my first e-mailed valentine (warning: music) came through Mefimail!! LOL! (I know, it's meant to be anon but for me this is way better)

How apropos that this should be the first chance I have to make a (fleeting) visit to MeCha in what seems like forever. I did send out a few valentines, but want you to know that I am thinking of you all and will be back in your loving arms again in just a few days. I, too, had forgotten about Valentines until I came here. If the Mrs wasn't already not speaking to me, I would be in big trouble now. As it is, I just slide a bit deeper into the mud ...
Yep, I'm an idiot. I couldn't remember my password so I tried to reset it and the bunny didn't like my new password and now I seem to be locked out of the valentine love.
Hehe. I had a dream about you last night, danf. You and grumblebee and some user named Ruido233. He logged into his bunnylove account on my computer at a meetup I was hosting and didn't log out, and I read all of his valentines. This was somehow really scandalous in my dream. You showed up late and when you came in your wouldn't come near me or say hi to me. I had a really long, in-depth talk with grumblebee.
I had ANOTHER dream about mudpuppie. And some sort of soft, plush, purple ball.
I think that might have been my aura. It's been out of whack lately and hasn't been where it should be, but is instead about 3 feet above and to the right of my right shoulder. I need, like, a chiropractor for auras. Maybe an aurapractor.
Man, yeah, what chewie said. I'm getting all sappy and sugar-coated that people actually sent Valentines. My goal: to send at least twice as many as I get, because you're all amazingly sweet.
And, like bmarkey, I want to offer a blanket Valentine to anybunny I missed. Y'all are the absolute bee's knees, the cat's pyjamas, the bunny's tuxedo.
And chrismear, you also went the extra mile. The interface was beautiful to look at, smooth to operate, and just FUN - I loved the changing messages at the top of each column.
Nice job! Thank you for taking the trouble. It makes a huge difference to the way a lot of us experience this day.
