My husband has a Man Cold. I don't feel so good myself. He has no bell to ring, but I do tell him, "poor little bunny."[More:]He did go to the doc and come back with five (!) prescriptions. I on the other hand did my spin class, my volunteer work AND went to pick up the Boy Scout chicken dinner he'd bought a ticket for.

NEither one of us is picking up the house OR doing laundry. In a couple of hours American Idol will be on. And I will sit in front of the tube totally, totally guilt free.

(By the way, he's the one who labelled what he has as a Man Cold. The doc called it bronchitis. But still.)

Man Cold? ...must...resist...

Modern medicine is wonderful. It enables a woman with pneumonia to nurse her husband through a cold.

Yeah, yeah.

WHILE giving birth, most likely.

HA!

I must admit he's cute when he's sick.

Just imagine how embarrassed he'd be if he came down with a woman cold!

I had a bad cold nastiness last week or two. If I had a choice, I would have been sick again rather than have the man get sick with what I had. He didn't catch it, thank goodness.

update on me, I have chills and a fever, and I have cancelled tomorrow's plans. We'll have a sick day together, looks like.

The BF has a man cold of his own. So far, I've managed to avoid whatever's infecting him. I think I like taking care of him too much. I'm always asking what his temperature is, if he's got crawley skin, how his throat feels, if he feels hot or cold, if I can get him anything.... He'd rather that I just leave him alone to sleep.

Hope you and your husband feel better bunnyfire!
