You know, I hate that there's animals out there that need to be rescued, but I'm glad there are people out there that do it. Thanks for posting this great story. My own Saffron was a transfer puppy, and it's hard to imagine What she went through in the first four months of her life before I adopted her. She is the sweetest, most loving dog ever. She is absolutely the easiest dog I've ever had to train. I wonder if she knows in her dog brain that she doesn't want to go through all that again and is that much more willing to please.

Heh, occhiblu. I think I have the two bestest dogs ever. I'm glad you like them, but I'm going to have to teach them to bite anyone coming through the internets.
