And crap, I totally wasn't watching it until this thread, but thanks for tipping me off, gaspode.

I have such a love/hate relationship with these shows, but I'm a sucker for dogpr0n, and at least the Westminster shows the actual majority of best in breeds (as opposed to the Eukanuba et. al. that only show 6-10 from each group).

Just saw the Hound section. I can't agree with the winner ('cos they're total pain in the asses). I'll be watching for the rest of the night with my $40 mongrel. I can't wait until the herding group, but I reckon they're tomorrow night, no?

The Bassett is my favorite dog of all time, but they never even place in the group. I'm with scody on the Scottie love.

woot! The Scottie takes 2nd and the smooth fox takes 4th for the terriers! Zippy (our own little smooth fox) jumped all over the couch for joy. This makes me want to get another Scottie so bad. Can anything beat this??? (The ears! The ears!! LOOK AT THE EARS!)
