Recommend me a good, user-friendly, cheap (or better yet free) FTP program? Cheers.
I use FireFTP. It's free and simple. Works well for me.

I use cyberduck, my man fancies transmit - we both have the "must work on mac and must have ssh" thing going on. The duck never lets me down.

I used FileZilla (free), not so long ago, and it didn't seem too bad.

I used to love WS_FTP, but I haven't done much FTPing in recent years.

I use SmartFTP (Windows prog). Easy to use, and free.

Transmit isn't free (but hella cheap) and my man digs it because he can edit files on the server without downloading them first. That is actually pretty neat.

Filezilla has never, ever let me down.

If you've got $60.00 and a windows connection, then you could try webdrive. FTP Sites are shown as drives, and files on them can be edited as you would edit any file.

It makes updating websites an absolute dream.
