Neat! We get 'em here in the winter, too. They always seem to surprise people. The ocean floor is littered with dead schooners, the thousands and thousands lost over the years.

O, I saw that, danf. The pictures the Oregonian had were pretty cool too, I couldn't figure out how to link to them though, which was a shame. I would have liked to send a link to the pictures to some friends.

Sounds like it's a hard stretch to reach, but I was half thinking of taking a road trip to see.

I like taking pictures of wrecks, whether they are actual boat wrecks like the Peter Iredale or building wrecks.

I like yours better, actually, danf :) I am fond of the one my mom took when my sister and I were young, and you can tell the difference between 1978 and 2005 quite a bit I think.
