My 21 year old daughter asked me last night if I had ever seen "funny photographs of cats with captions on them" online. I said, "You mean lolcats?" and she said, "Huh?" and I said, "The captions are, like...im in ur computer stealin ur inturnets"? and she said, "Yeah" and I said, "Heehee. Those are called lolcats, welcome to 2006."
Yeah, rubbing it in just a little but that's what moms do.
Then we had a good laugh over how stupid cats are. Like, how they can barely spell. And their grammar...forget about it.
Yes, s_r, it was a moment of inspiration. I have very few.
And what I love about Sauntercat is that it's obvious that as soon as his humans leave him alone in the house he stops pretending to be a cat and gets up to all sorts of stuff, you know, playing pool, cooking, things like that. The picture was taken as he sauntered into the room and was stunned to see his humans had come home early.
Jan, here's a real n00b question for you: How do you do that distinctive outlined text look in Photoshop? And what's the name of the cannonical lolcats font? Halp!
