Is it just me, or... does the acronym for this Canadian Stock Index (GSPTSE) just look... wrong?

It's like on of those reading tests where they mangle the middle letters of the word but leave the first and last letters as they are, only for goatse.

Nit, nit, nit: that's an initialism - an acronym spells a word.
