I've had a recurring dream for about a year now that I'm casually walking down the street in my neighborhood and a tiger on the loose attacks me. It's really scary. My son is always with me but he's a child, not an almost adult. The tiger chases us and I shield my son and the tiger attacks me and its fangs are sinking into my head, so I reach into its mouth and rip out its tongue, which causes it to writhe around in pain. During the writhing I grab my son and we run into my house.
I hate that dream! I really don't like tigers. But those water photographs are amazing.
I saw a tiger up close once at a county fair, a "tame" one. The keeper had it jump off a platform and run across the lawn up to another platform, and I remember thinking "if that thing wanted to kill and eat me right now, there is no way I would get away from it, the way it moves." It was just so powerful.
That said, I think about jumping into the tub and playing with them.
