i have changed my mind about the Oasis, and am going with "Please Let Me Have The Means To Paint" Pie. There is chocolate involved.

They look great. It's hard to get a nice slice without the right tools, which i know i don't have.
Here is the quiche.
i couldn't get a shot of the other pie, which is a shame because it is pretty pretty. i have to try and get a nice slice out of it for my building manager on Monday.

My Paint Pie has a layer of dark chocolate embedded with nuts and coconut with a layer of cold strawberries and filling on top of that and whipped cream on top of that.
i wish i had had more time really put some effort into them creatively, but kitty was jonesing for hugs time and i've been singing her Adrienne Shelly's pie song since the surgery.
