Photo Friday: The front of the outside of your dwelling space. Suggested by hellbient.
I don't have a picture of our apartment building now, but this is the house I grew up in - Littleton, CO

Here's a four-year-old picture of Lucy and I in front of Science Manor, in the snow.

My place when they were finishing construction (the condos on the left).

Despite the nice hillside, the area to the left, right, and behind the camera is all office buildings and parking lots. The native art next door is real, not tourist crap.

I'm hoping that this will serve as the "before" picture in a year or two when we've had the exterior stripped and re-painted. If it ends up looking anywhere as good as the houses across the street, I'll be very happy.

Summershot because I love the front yard. My door is the light brown one that you can see between two purpleish bushes underneath the cherry tree. See it? Straight ahead way over there *points*

I should have taken a proper photo.

My Brady Bunch type dwelling in yesterday's snow.Panorama, so it looks better if you click on it and make it bigger. Original size makes the flamingos show up!

seanyboy that's perfect though, with the two wood-poles sticking up like rabbit ears in the shot! :)

Also, it somehow makes perfect sense that cillit bang lives in the same building as Disney's. Brand name but not the one you think they mean mecca!

ANd more pretty pretty houses! medigs this thread.

youngergirl44 - your house looks surprisingly familiar to me. I grew up in LIttleton too.

The apartment we rent shares a none-too-photogenic building with a hotel, a bookshop and a pizzeria. The two arched windows at the top look out from the lounge. As you can see, the town xmas lights are still up.

Thank you all for sharing your abodes today. It feels very intimate, more so than seeing faces - the face goes with the name and it's all still on a computer. This is trippy. Very lovely places. I'm especially intrigued with initapplette's crib.

I forgot to take a picture and now it's too dark so you will have to settle for a picture of one of the front windows.

I didn't have the front handy, but depending on which direction of which street you're driving on, it could be. Of course this is a summer picture - but it's prettier then!
