I've just done a hit and run! →[More:]
Five minutes ago I put in the outgoing mail tray my judgments on the Complainant from Hell's four cases. He should get them by the weekend, by which time I'll be far, far away from my desk until the end of next week and so will be spared his ranting wrath, at least until I get back to the office.
