This is cracking my shit up. Though kids with English accents always crack me up, really. →[More:] It's like, they're too little to talk like that. Kids talk American, grown-up sophisticated adults talk English.
'Charlie bit me' seems a fairly succinct summing-up of the brother-brother dynamic.
That's funny -- I actually found it on a site claiming it was a pretty good summing-up of the sister-sister dynamic! :-)
Since my experience is with the brother-sister dynamic, and I think it's a perfect summing-up of that, I'm going to go with it being a pretty solid summing-up of sibling relationships in general.
But there is something very... solid about those two boys that makes me suspect they're going to get into bigger and better trouble as they get older. I kept expecting Charlie to conk his head backward into his brother's face.
I get the feeling that's not the first time it's happened. He seemed to know what he was getting into when he put his finger into his brother's mouth. And then for the longest, he didn't even try to remove it. It kinda looks like maybe they do it all the time. Which made me laugh all the more.
