I got all revved up, psyched up for the call. Rehearsed what to say. Reviewed the packet they'd sent me in the mail. Dialed the number.

"We are experiencing a high volume of calls. Please call again later. Our hours are . . ."

*Shrugs* Eh, what can you do? I laughed and called it a day.
