Yes, old, and damn funny. Except for the "X-post" (and "self-post" which should be "self-link") thing, which kind of ruins it since it isn't a mefi term... as stavros points out.

yeah, I picked up on the x-post/self-post thing right away. Otherwise it's good. Though it is kind of disheartening that the apocalypse will be on my fiance's birthday next year.

The sky is deep red. Flecked with smoke and grey. It's an awesome colour. I'm going to paint my front room in this colour. I'll post photos of it when I'm done.

x-post means "crosspost", I think. It's when someone posts the same thing on two or more forums, livejournals, etc. It's not really used on Mefi.

Three Point Status Update Of The Damned [more inside]

1) I broke my heel on a piece of brimstone while running in terror. Ouchies!
2) My kittie cat ran away when it started raining blood.
3) On the plus side, free beer at the grocery store! But I did have to fight for the last 6-pack of PBR with (what I think was) a zombie.
