Call me Mr. Gloom and Doom, but has she checked to see if anyone has been sniffing around her bank accounts? If your girlfriend used her real name and personal information to set up the Hotmail account, whoever is doing this now has that. If she ever used that mail account for anything business related, some nasty connections might be made.

Probably a stretch, but I prefer to err on the side of paranoia.

She froze her bank account and has contacted all her credit card companies, and it all looks okay.

Meantime, we've found the gmail address of this jackass. He tried to change her PayPal username to his own username. During the process of changing her PayPal password (she was on the phone with PayPal at the time, and they led her through some special back door portal), she was taken to a web form that had this guy's gmail address automatically filled in.

So now that we have it, what do we do with it?

If it's not possible to get his gmail account suspended, I saw we inundate him with thousands of bunny pictures.

And Hotmail still hasn't responded, the bastards.
