Attention Mechazens of NYC: I am soon to walk among you.→[More:]We're Broadway bound this weekend, so if you see a gigantic touristy looking man accompanied by a small, blonde touristy looking lady and a bespectacled six year old nerdlinger, that's us. You should totally run up and hug any family that meets that description, just in case.

We're doing dinos, B-way and whatever else we can cram into 24 hours of nonstop fun. The kid is so excited to see Yew Nork (as she calls it).

Ha! I am going to be in Philly this weekend, so I won't be running up to hug any families of your description. Otherwise I totally would have hung out in the Natural History Museum the whole time, waiting...

It has lots of thumbtacks to chew on to keep it occupied.
Jrossi and NYC are two fun things i'd love to enjoy together. You should do it again sometime with ample warning.
Or maybe a Philly meet up as i keep hearing good things about it and have never been (plus it's probably cheaper yet still commutable.)

well, you know where to find me if you're in town on Saturday (12th & Broadway, bookstore-that-rhymes-with-one-man-band. I'll be at the desk where they buy books from 9:30am to 6:00pm. I'm hard to miss plus I'll be wearing a nametag)

jonmc you work at one of my favorite new york places. I moved to Chicago 10 years ago and I always say, besides my friends, I miss Zabars and The Strand the most. And great pizza by the slice (I have no use for this Chicago deep dish business). I still mail order books from The Strand but I miss poking around for hours in all those dark corners.
