Wait, no, that's just about everywhere.

Although the Google translation makes it sound like these are LOLcats, they are in fact New Year's wishes:

I wish that in the new year, the world didn't seem so gray,
that you would always be up to the task,
that all objectives could be reached,
that all hurdles would be overcome,
that there was always enough money,
that friends would always be next to you,
that there was nothing shocking or scary,
that all plans worked out,
that you would never give up,
