Formal Apology

The only thing missing is a space "For Office Use," or "For Wronged Party Use," to note if and how the apology was accepted.

Would have been a nice touch.

Why isn't it filled in? What are you apologizing for? Should I be upset? Should I have filled in one of these forms first? And should the Apology form be attached to a copy of the Grievance form? If so, staple or paperclip?

Ah -- the Bureau of Communication Apology website which earlier this week was the topic of an FPP at MeFi and discussion at MetaTalk soon after.
