I wish I were in the office today. →[More:]
One of my team-mates is a full-time home worker and she comes into the office once a month or so. Today is her day, I'm working at home today.

This woman is completely over the top, nobody can get any work done when she's in, she never stops talking and it's all about her, of course. She's in her mid-50s and I would say her personal style is 'mutton dressed as lamb'.

Four of my team mates - no, make that five, another email has just arrived - have emailed me to tell me she has a new hairdo.

I quote: "Imagine Phil Oakey circa 1981, and you get the picture."

AND I MISSED IT!!

Fake a mild illness, so you'll have to work from the office instead.

Or something. I never quite got my head around this telecommuting thing.
