ChristmasGiftCha: I need a Star of David bolo tie, stat!→[More:]A friend is visiting us here in Texas from LA for New Years, and I'd like to get him a Star of David bolo tie. In fact, I think he would pretty much die if I gave him said tie.

Cursory searches don't turn up anything promising. Come on, the Simpsons have taught me that there are plenty of Jewish cowboys.

I would also accept a tutorial on how to DIY a bolo tie.

What eth said - they are really easy to make. Just find a Star of David pin or brooch that you like (and that it will be easy to remove the "pin part" from), and then go to a large crafts place, where they will have slides, tips and strings. Superglue the pin or brooch onto the slide back, insert the string, and attach the tips. Voila!
