Have you ever been to Islamorada in the Florida Keys? Where's a good place to stay for a few days?

My good friend John Stamos told me about a place called Kokomo. I'm not real clear on the details, though.

I've driven through it on the way to Key West many times... they all look like very nice places, but if I was going to stay there I think I'd try the Islander Resort. (Just based on how it looks from the road... very nice.)
