Doesn't surprise or bother me, unlike the new knowledge that Visine causes rectal bleeding.

That's all well and good, what really freaks me out is the mites that everyone has living at the base of their eyelashes.

Oh, thanks! I was having a debate yesterday with Mr. Boy about this, he claims that his body is free of bacteria. And of course, Mr. FancyPants PhD needs actual articles before he'll admit defeat. Sheesh. Some people and their education.

Huh. I'm guessing he's not a biology fancypants PhD if he claims that, gfm ;)

Worse yet, it's a condition that dates all the way back to infancy.

You know what I am saying.

Baby. Got. Bacteria.

I've been learning to make cultured milk products at home recently. Mostly things like buttermilk and yogurt so far, but I plan to move up to cheese soon.

Which means I've been deliberately eating and drinking things with live bacteria in them, after (in some cases) they've been sitting out at room temperature for 24 hours or more. Mmmm, tasty!
