misskaz is an aunt At around 5pm today, my nephew was born. →[More:]I am so excited that I can barely stand it - unfortunately my sister and her new baby are in Houston and I am in Chicago. We will be there for Christmas.

His name is Nicholas. My dad (the grandpa) sent me a cameraphone video of the baby. He is healthy and cute and screamy. I am so proud.

Congratulations!

The great thing about nieces and nephews is that they are perpetually cute. 'least, that's been my experience. And if they're bratty, they go home after awhile!
