Prediction: a load of overpaid prima donnas ponce around a large rectangle of grass pretending to be injured at the slightest waft of wind whilst fans get fleeced for extortionate amounts of money as the last, foetid notion of the sport being "the people's game" vanishes into the bank accounts of flat, bloated accountants.

Suits me just fine. Can you also take darts away? I mean, seriously, last weekend 2 of the 4 terrestrial TV channels were showing live darts at the same damn time. Good God, are we really that short of ideas?

If we could do that and not lose the sort of documentary-based stuff I love, I'd be overjoyed.

The only one I would save from doom is Project Runway... althought the new season (thanks, torrent-mongers!) is so overstuffed with ringers that it's hardly fair anymore.

I walked in on a real bitch-and-moan session this morning. I guess people all over the country are crying this morning. I hope it all sort of dies down for a while after this.
