Rigility! New word! DFN: to be rigorous and agile. As used in a recent conversation about application development.
Well, new-ish. There's 32 results on Google, but I claim that word as mine. MINE!

Well I am still waiting to work "savage focus" into a conversation, so this will go into the queue.

Thanks.

Mmmm. Rigorous BUT agile was more what I meant. In that, in a large (very large) corporate environment IT departments need to be rigorous in ensuring that they build compliant (data protection, SOX, etc) but still agile so that the business wanting the application aren't bogged down in endless meetings, paperwork and clunky, malformed project processes that drag everyone and everything down.

I'll shut up now and quietly rejoice that my Futurama movie has just been dispatched. Bender's Big Score here we come!
