Sandals are fine, as long as they are not worn with either socks or long pants.

But you're a girl - the rules are different. Those are clearly men's legs (not yours, the ones in the picture).

But wait, dg, why aren't sandals on men okay if they're accompanied by long pants? Clearly, that would take care of the man-legs problem.
