While the thumbnailed profanity wouldn’t prevent me from opening the site at work (my bosses are Swedish, after all), I might yet be freaked out a little at being confronted with my own gurning mug, albeit in barely-distinguishable miniature… and would have no objections should it be replaced with something less potentially offensive. I did have fun taking that picture, though: here’s another from that set.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I love profanity, and use it daily. It's just that I have to share a computer at work, and there's no privacy (and only Internet Explorer, of course), and that picture does kind of draw the eye.

It looks nice, but I agree that we should remove or cover the F-word on the front page, and I STILL think the Bunnyhead should always be on the front page, too. Come on, stick him in there somewhere!!!

Note: my cartoon was intended to demonstrate exactly how awful a cartoonist I am. The stick figure is sticking his tongue out at the person who drew him and his face is intended to express disgust, not distress. But I am still unsure whether he is supposed to be extending an index or middle finger. What disturbs ME most is the shape of his head, with the large cleft on top, suggesting he is a butthead, in need of an asshat.

As for making misteraich's pic more SFWhatever, it's just a matter of recropping...

But I still have one question: isn't jasons_planet supposed to be MeCha's official "otherfucker" or is that only in combination with the word "mysterious"? Come to think of it, I guess we are all "otherfuckers" on this bus.

Don't worry, wendell. The cartoon expresses everyone the way they want! Haw-haw-haw. I do not know about the "otherfucker" term. I was amused by the entire writing on the wall actually. I think it is very spot-on, in so many ways. I think.

I'm sure taz will find a way to accommodate those with NSFW concerns.

As for misteraitch's photo - I like it (I shrunked it and it's now on my desktop). I wish the bunnies didn't have to worry about someone at work bitching about it.
