I made this tonight except with broccoli instead of green beans. I also sprinkled the tuna with sesame seeds as suggested in the comments. Served along with my saffron brown rice. I am fully sated.

I would suggest the marinade at 15 minutes. I did mine for 30 and it was a tinge salty. Still yummy tho!
