best term for making money ever: Clocking Duckets! I thought I was the only one to call money "ducats!'

My dad calls them ducats too, which is weird, since I don't think he ever studied medieval/renaissance Venice.

"Ducats" had a noticeable though brief heyday in the late eighties. It came in post-"moolah" but pre- "dead presidents."

'Ducats' is really common in hip-hop lyricism.
