Friday Afternoon Going Home Rock Out! [More:]
Goofy's Concern, by the Butthole Surfers.
Warning: contains multiple instances of the word "fuck". As my grade school teacher would say, "Oh my virgin ears!"
I didn't d/l this because I have it at home, but that's an excellent Friday-rock-out choice, chillmost!

(From Chopin to the Butthole Surfers inside of a week... well done!)

ah, too bad you didn't include "chewin' george lucas' chocolate" with this. :)

true story - the independent worm saloon album was released on the same day as depeche mode's songs of faith and devotion album, and a few of the locations of the la-based record store chain i was working for at the time re-opened at midnight to sell copies to the really really big depeche mode fans. (thanks in large part to kroq, depeche mode has a very disproportionately high number of fans in los angeles). a couple of us got in line with the rest of the forty or fifty people who couldn't decide whether their fashion senses were inspired by neo-goth or retro-new wave. i stood in line with a copy of the DM album in my hand, and after about five minutes i shouted "YOU KNOW WHAT? FUCK DEPECHE MODE! I'M GONNA GET THE NEW BUTTHOLE SURFERS ALBUM!!!"

everyone looked at me like i was insane. except for the store manager, a friend of mine who had plenty of warning that i was going to do this. he was laughing his ass off as he handed me the copy of independent worm saloon that he had stashed behind the counter for me.

but anyway...
