How can I get these two songs? Are Orbital's non-live version of The Dr. Who theme, or the Rick Rubin version of "99 Problems" by Jay-Z on any album?
Yes on the Orbital song... it's on this album, which I think is a sort of odds 'n' sods collection of singles and whatnot. (I can send it to you later if you like...)

Ok, on actually reading the description, only the 2nd disc in that set is a collection... I bought it from a used bin on a boozy trip through Texas once, and frankly never got around to reading much of the CD cover.

Here you go... the bitrate is not the greatest, so if you'd like a better copy, I'll have to locate the CD and re-rip it.

Thanks BoringPostcards, how is the album? It looks like it's pretty cheap used on Amazon.

The version on The Black Album is the Rick Rubin version. (Great video, too, but that's just gossip.)

I like it a lot, drezdn... I play it more than any of the other Orbital albums. It's not very consistent, which is why I thought it was an odds and ends collection, but it's fun.

Thanks arse_hat, I could only turn up the singing only version in my searches
