I've done a couple with Qoop and was pretty satisfied with the quality to cost ratio. Although I wouldn't do the mini books again - I didn't like them as well as the full sized book.

I made an iPhoto mini-book of vacation photos for mom to carry around and show jealous colleagues; at three for $11 or something, I thought it was a deal, and the pictures looked great, especially that small.
