We're going trick-or-treating tonight (we finally found an area of the Vern than does it!) and the kids are jazzed. There should be fireworks as well.

We love Hallowe'en, we do. Wish I had a costume.

Unfortunately, I use the "plain text" theme, so I see no Halloween tomfoolery. Lucky I hate Halloween anyway, I guess.

I love that skull fluffy! And thanks for the decor, tazzums. Down the road tonight, 75k maniacs do their annual take over of the main drag by campus. Our bash here was last Saturday, & probably the last one for which the street will remain open to cars.

Yay for my bunnyhead! It pleased me greatly to see him today. On a sad note, I found out the schools in our area aren't letting kids dress up at school and now it's Black and Orange Day, not Hallowe'en.

No dressing up at our schools either. I think it prevents destracting, cumbersome costumes, and little hookers or very scary blood dripped faces and such.

I heard a story on the radio this morning about someone around here going to a Halloween party last year and, while catching the train home, fell asleep. Which is fine, except that he was dressed up as a murder victim, much to the consternation of the people who got on the train at the next stop. Things got messy when the police were called.

I think they made it up, though
