I enjoy photo Fridays too when I get the chance. But my photos never show up inline, only as a link. What am I doing wrong?

Use the Image button below the comment box. You may get one of those gold-bar-at-the-top-of-your-browser messages that you have to click and allow 'scriped windows', then click the Image button again (depending on what OS/browser you're using). A little box should pop up, insert the URL of your picture and click ok.

Now, if you use flickr, you have to link back to the flickr page as part of the terms of use junk. So go to "all sizes" when viewing your photo, select the size you want and copy the big box of text under the photo. Remove the width="xxx" height="xxx" alt="xxx" at the end so it works with MeCha, change the "title="xxxxx" if you want and there you go - Tulip with link!

Wait, I never see inline images. Only in preview do I see them; otherwise they are a "≡ Click to see image ≡" link.

Now I feel like I was a week early!

raphsodie, darling, you need to turn on images in the black bar at the top of the page, where it says "images on".

typewriter/rhapsodie, look up. There you will find a link between "logout" (as if) and "recent comments" called "images on". If you click this, you will in future see images in all their in-line glory for time everlasting. If you browse using multiple computers, you may need to do this on all of them.
