As a matter of fact, arse_hat, we had a phantom poo flinger/dauber in the ladies' toilets on my floor and the one above. It got so bad that management sent an email to the whole building saying, look, we know this isn't accidental, if we find out who it is, the consequences will be serious. It stopped after that.
