Stardust Have any of you seen it? I need some advice...
I saw it!

FANTASTIC. Truly one of the best movies I've seen in years. Yeah, you can take the kids. They won't get some of it, some of it may scare them, but there's nothing too horrific for kids.

I saw it and loved it, too. It is both laugh out loud funny and tear inducing.

I was waiting to hear more before I expounded upon my entirely unhelpful point. Was the kid-worthiness the advice you needed? I'd say it's absolutely fine for them. The book was a bit darker than the movie. The violence is pretty cartoonish, and while there are some tense moments it's nothing too petrifying. It was a sweet movie, beautifully shot, with really fun performances. Loved it!

I liked it. It was fun and Clair Danes was very good.

I haven't seen it yet, but I loved the book.
But then, I would buy, and enjoy, damn near anything with gaiman's name on it. Up to and including church bullitans and community newspapers.

You guys guessed it... just wondering if the witches will be too scary. Glad to hear that it's suitable.
