Heh! I saw Harry Shearer last week in SF (had him sign a book for Mr. Psho-to-be). He answered Spinal Tap/Simpsons questions with surprising good humor and grace, even though that wasn't why he was at Booksmith. Even did a bit of Mr. Burns/Smithers, to our delight. Ahoy-hoy!

I don't remember where I heard it -- possibly on Le Show -- but I think he grumbled about not getting paid for Spinal Tap songs used in ads (which doesn't make sense to me, but I am not well-versed in the vagaries of residuals).

Yes, Memo, YouTube has a new look. It seems to be lighter-weight in HTML/CSS terms, too, as everything loads a little bit faster.
