Any bunnies in Our Nation's Capital? Looks like I might be in Ottawa next month. Anyone here live there? Y'know, in case we want to have a meetup or something?

I loathe the city, so maybe that's why I left :)

I love Ottawa. The houses of parliment are awesome. But I live in the US where the architecture is much less European-ish.

Oooh, when are you going to be there, Elizard? I know there aren't a lot of bunnies/mefites there...but my family is in Ottawa so I'm there probably 4-6 times a year.

I'm not sure--my mum needs some help painting her place and sorting through her years of accumulated ~~crap~~ possessions, so if I don't find steady work in the next week or so I'll go help her out. I'm thinking the middle two weeks of the month. I tried to figure out a way to swing a stopover in my beloved TO, but don't think I can justify the expense. If I get a sudden windfall (ha!) I'd do it in a heartbeat, though.

Well my dear, my pops has invited me out there for a "my birthday/USian thanksgiving" visit, as I missed Canadian turkey day this year and can't afford to go visit my moms for US turkey day. Bottom line - I may be around! I will keep you posted as things develop.
