Last weekend, Bruce Springsteen played in Ottawa, and had members of the Arcade Fire onstage to play "Keep The Car Running," from Neon Bible. Awesome.[More:] I think my favorite part of this video is the sound of the guy in the audience freaking out when he realizes Bruce is going to play an Arcade Fire song, and not the other way around.
I really wanted to hate Arcade Fire because they're so It right now. But I can't help it. I like them.

(I had to look away from that video though and just listen to the sound because the motion was going to make me upchuck.)

It was indeed awesome, BP. Thanks.

I will downgrade my hatred of the Arcade Fire to indifference. If the Boss likes them, they must have redeeming qualities.

HOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!

hahahahahhahahahahha

(oh, and by the way - this confirms my nascent theory that any song covered by Bruce Springsteen instantly makes that song better than the original).
