More bad news... →[More:]So a lot of people saw the wedding pics and the first thing they said was 'Girl, you've grown fat". What they didnt know is that there was a bun in the oven (4 months)...and just when i was about to finally announce it to the world this past weekend, I ended up miscarrying on Sunday.

I'm sad.

what's with all the bad news this week? must be something in the air.

May this make the new marriage even stronger, though. Enjoy some baby-free time as a couple and get back in the saddle next year.

I'm so sorry to hear about the miscarriage, ramix. As always, in these situations I find myself wishing I had something wise and witty to say -- something that would make all the hurt go away. But alas, I can only say (((hugs))).

That's terrible, ramix. But I'm glad that you feel you can share this with us. Give yourself some time to grieve for the little one you've lost.

I had a miscarried brother. I always wondered what it would have been like if he had survived. I probably wouldn't be here, for starters.

Eth, no, unfortunately i cant take any time off - I have critical deadlines this week at work.

And, you can always take time off for you and your family. No matter what the deadlines - looking after yourself and your hubby are the most important things. But, if you need to work to keep from focusing on your loss, it's good then, that you're a critical component at work. I know it's kept me sane at times to have work be all-consuming.
