Lite Brite! Must be one of the oldest things on the web - I just found it in the 2000 MeFi archives - but still. Lite Brite!
Oh man, I used to love my Lite Brite. My mom used to let me keep it on as a night light, across the room.
I remember the black construction paper she'd buy to let me make my own designs was always just a BIT too small, so there was a bright line around the edges where the paper didn't reach. I got VERY precise in lining it up so it'd be right in the middle of the screen, not leaving a huge gap anywhere.
