There's a little catnip ball under the right half of that S curl thing which does a pretty good job of entertaining him. Then he gets stoned and assumes the scrunch position pictured.

Across the railroad tracks, literally. I have too much $ tied up in this place and I gotta yank it out. And funny you should mention: the ladder stays! It's a 10'er that's really only useful here.
