Like, last night I had drinks and assorted Fancy Cheeses at a local bar/cafe type place with a one mr. pieisexactlythree and his sister (who lives in my neighborhood).

And today my team lead (I hate the whole teamification of the US workplace, it's like we're all playing football or something.) said on the phone "nah, I don't feel like going to the hockey game. let me see if kelly does."

Kelly indeed felt like going to the hockey game. Unfortunately Kelly is at the office waiting for a cab, and said game starts at 7. But for free tickets one cannot complain if one misses the first period. Well, one can but when season tickets have been sold out for years straight complaning makes you look like a jerk.
