If you could design your own MeFi accessory, what would it be? I fully intend to knit myself a MeFi blue hoodie with the logo on the front sometime this winter. What would MeFi geek must-have item would you design or make if you could? A lap top carrying case in the MeFi colours? A camera bag with the MeFi logo and the slogan "We have cameras"? A set of dried bean canisters with "Overthinking a plate of beans" stencilled on them? A set of MeFi action figures?

I can't say, because I might actually do it for the MeFi 10th Anniversary party, or some other big, fancy meetup.

A set of small plastic flags. Don't like something? Flag it and move on! You could also make cocktail sticks with tiny flags at one end - for flagging food.

Actually, I was negotiating with Matt for licenses to market MetaFilter Pancake Mix (with Oolong the Bunny on the box) and a MetaFilter Overthinking Four-Bean Salad (because Three Beans is not overthinking enough), but I had distribution problems with Amazon Grocery and Trader Joe's...

I've been thinking of making AskMe and MeFi pin-back badges. I know someone else made them once and I don't want to steal that person's thunder, I just haven't gotten around to asking them if it's okay yet.
